There are four categories of NHOPA membership: User, Health Professional, Individual, and Corporate. Only User members are allowed to vote on Association matters. All dues are tax deductable as a contribution to a 501(c)(3) organization.

Benefits of Joining the Association

Important Note: The Association currently does not have the resources to intervene on an individual patient's behalf with Medicare, their physician, or local oxygen supplier. However, the Association is willing to serve as an ombudsman on behalf of oxygen patients, raising issues with Medicare, physicians, other providers, and manufacturers that the user member leadership of the Association believes to be appropriate.

Membership Application
There are two simple options for joining NHOPA:

  1. You may simply print this application, complete it, and mail it along with a tax-deductible check. (Click here for a printable version.)
  2. If you do not have a printer, simply submit the application online and mail your check the same day to:

Once your membership dues have been received, we will activate your membership.
